The way we purchase electricity is changing dramatically.  For decades local electric companies have enjoyed a monopoly - giving consumers only one choice when it comes to who supplies the power.  But this is changing.

Annie and Jay Warmke of Blue Rock Station are joined by Mat Roberts of the Southeast Ohio Public Energy Council to discuss how local communities are banding together to negotiate with and select who provides the power.
